Unmillable materials Detection

What are Unmillable materials and why are they a critical risk?

Unmillable materials are dense or metallic objects that accidentally enter the crushing systems, causing severe damage, unplanned shutdowns, and millions in operational losses. These can include worn-out shovel teeth, drill rods, or metallic debris that finds its way into the crusher feed. Scrap metal contaminating ore stockpiles. Buried objects like pipes or metal fragments invisible to cameras or the human eye.
